சந்திரபாபு நாயுடு அரசியல் காழ்ப்புணர்ச்சியால் கைது!

ஆந்திர மாநில முன்னாள் முதல்வரும் எதிர்க்கட்சித் தலைவருமான சந்திரபாபு நாயுடு அவர்கள் “ஒய்.எஸ்.ஆர். காங்கிரஸ் கட்சியின் தவறான ஆட்சியைக் கேள்விக்கு உள்ளாக்கியதற்காக, தாம் விரைவில் கைது செய்யப்படக்கூடும்” என்று செப்டம்பர் 9-ஆம் தேதி கைது செய்யப்படுவதற்கு இரண்டு நாட்களுக்கு முன்பு அனந்தபூர் மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள ராயதுர்கம் என்ற இடத்தில் பொதுக்கூட்டத்தில் பேசும் போது குறிப்பிட்டார்.

ஆந்திராவில் கடந்த 2014-ஆம் ஆண்டு முதல் 2019-ஆம் ஆண்டு வரை தெலுங்கு தேசம் கட்சியின் தலைவர் சந்திரபாபு நாயுடு முதலமைச்சராக இருந்த போது திறன் மேம்பாட்டு கழகத்தின் நிதியில் ஊழல் நடந்ததாக மாநில குற்றப் புலனாய்வுத் துறை கடந்த சில ஆண்டுகளாக விசாரணை நடத்தி வந்தது. இந்நிலையில், கடந்த செப்டம்பர் 9-ஆம் தேதி அதிகாலை 3.30 மணி அளவில் சந்திரபாபு நாயுடுவை காவல்துறையினர் கைது செய்தனர்.

கைது செய்யப்பட்ட அவர் விஜயவாடாவில் உள்ள ஊழல் தடுப்பு நீதிமன்றத்தில் ஆஜர்படுத்தப்பட்டு ராஜமுந்திரி சிறையில் அடைக்கப்பட்டு செப்டம்பர் 22-ஆம் தேதி வரை நீதிமன்ற காவலில் வைக்கப்பட்டு இருக்கிறார்.

ஒருவேளை குற்றம் நடந்திருந்தால்கூட, விசாரணை நடத்தி, சட்டப்படி அறிவிப்பாணை வழங்கி, முறைப்படி கைது செய்திருக்க வேண்டும். அதை விடுத்து, முன்னாள் முதல்வர், எதிர்க்கட்சித் தலைவரை ஒரு தீவிரவாதி போல கைது செய்தது கண்டனத்துக்குரியது.

அரசியல் காழ்ப்புணர்வு காரணமாகவே ஜெகன் மோகன் ரெட்டி தலைமையிலான ஆந்திர அரசால் அவர் கைது செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளார். சந்திரபாபு நாயுடுவின் மகனும், தெலுங்கு தேசம் கட்சி பொதுச் செயலாளருமான லோகேஷ், ராஜமகேந்திரவரத்தில் செய்தியாளர்களிடம் பேசும்போது, “இந்த வழக்கில் எவ்வித ஆதாரமும் இல்லை. ஊழல் நடந்ததாக கூறும் பணம் எங்கு போனது, யாருக்கு யார் வழங்கியது என்பதை எங்கும் சிஐடி கூறவில்லை. குஜராத் உட்பட 7 மாநிலங்களில் திறன் மேம்பாட்டு கழகம் செயல்படுகிறது. ஆந்திராவில் இது சந்திரபாபு நாயுடு ஆட்சியில் தொடங்கப்பட்டது. 2.13 லட்சம் பேருக்கு பயிற்சி அளித்தோம். ஒரு லட்சம் பேருக்கு மேல் வேலைவாய்ப்பு வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

முதல்வர் ஜெகன் மோகன் மீது 38 வழக்குகள் நிலுவையில் உள்ளன. சுமார் ரூ. 42 லட்சம் கோடி சொத்துக் குவிப்பு, நிதி முறைகேடு ஆகிய வழக்குகளில் கைதாகி, சிறையில் இருந்து விட்டு பிணையில் வந்தவர். இந்த வழக்குகள் தொடர்பான விசாரணையை அவர் எதிர்கொண்டு வருகிறார்” என்று கூறி உள்ளார்.

அரசியல் காரணங்களுக்காக, முதல்வர் ஜெகன் மோகன் ரெட்டி, சந்திரபாபு நாயுடு அவர்களை கைது செய்து இருப்பதாக திருப்தி அடையலாம். ஆனால் நாற்பது ஆண்டு கால பொது வாழ்க்கையில் ஆந்திர மாநில மக்களுக்காக தன்னலமற்ற சேவையாற்றி வரும் சந்திரபாபு நாயுடு இவை எல்லாவற்றையும் எதிர்கொண்டு முறியடித்து மீண்டு எழுவார் என்பதை காலம் உணர்த்தும்.

The arrest of former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is an act of political vendetta

Former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and Leader of Opposition Mr.N.Chandrababu Naidu said while addressing in a public meeting at Rayadurgam in Anantapur district, two days before he

was arrested on 9th September that he would be arrested soon for questioning the misrule of the YSR Congress Party.

During the past few years, the CID had been investigating the money trail in skill sevelopment corporation funds during the tenure of N.Chandrababu Naidu from 2014 to 2019.

In this situation, CID had arrested Chandrababu Naidu at 3.30 am on September 9. The TDP chief was sent to judicial custody for 14 days until 22nd September by the Anti- Corruption Bureau court in Vijayawada with an alleged skill development corporation scam.

If someone is at fault, an investigation should have been conducted, a summon should have been issued and then a formal arrest should have been made.Instead, arresting the former Chief Minister and Leader of Opposition like a terrorist is highly condemnable.

The arrest of N.Chandrababu Naidu was indicative of ruling YSRCP’s vindictive politics.

N.Chandrababu Naidu’s son and Telugu Desam Party’s General Secretary Mr. Lokesh while talking to the Press in Rajamahendravaram said that ‘There is no evidence in this case. The CID has not told where the money went and to whom it was given. The Skill Development Corporation is working in 7 states including Gujarat and Andhra Pradesh, it was started during the Chandrababu Naidu’s regime. We have trained 2.13 lakh people. More than one lakh people have been given employment.

38 cases are pending against Chief Minister Jaganmohan. He was arrested in the cases of wealth accumulation of around Rs.42 lakh crores and financial misappropriation. He is facing trial in connection with these cases’.

For political reasons, Chief Minister Jaganmohan Reddy can rejoice with the arrest of Mr.Chandrababu Naidu but Mr Chandrababu Naidu, who has been selflessly serving the people of Andhra pradesh for the past forty years of public life will overcome all these and rise again.
